Oral Presentation Instruction

Presentation Time
・ Invited presentation : Invited presentations are allocated 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for change)
・ General presentation: Oral presentations are allocated 15 minutes. (11 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for change).

Equipment
Presentation room will be equipped with a LCD projector, laser pointer and microphone. The authors are requested to bring your laptop computer and connect to the projector by themselves. Presenters are requested to proceed to the next speaker's seat, and to make their laptop computer to be connected to LCD projector system through mini D-sub 15 pin. Four laptop computers at maximum can be simultaneously connected to the system.
We also prepare a computer with windows XP: Powerpoint 2003 will be provided at the presentation room. If the presenter wants to use the equipped computer, bring the presentation file (only MS Powerpoint) stored in a standard media (USB or CD-ROM) to the staff in presentation room during the break prior to one's presentation.
If you require other audio visual equipment, please contact the contact chair (Prof. Kawashita: m-kawa@ecei.tohoku.ac.jp) in advance at least 2 weeks.
