Registration Information

1. Registration process

Registration can be processed via google form. This form requires you to login to your Google account. If you are unable to use your Google account for business security reasons, please send us (abc2024@life.kyutech.ac.jp) the following information.

2. Name of participant
3. Affiliation of participant
4. Mailing address
5. ZIP code
6. Country
7. Type of Registration (General, Student, Invited (Plenary or Keynote))
8. Banquet (General, Student, Invited (Plenary or Keynote), Not participate)
9. Dietary Restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc., if applicable) 
10. Passport number (Only if you need an invitation letter for visa purposes)

2. Payment of registration fee

Registration fee includes attendance of all academic sessions, abstract book, welcome reception (Dec. 2), coffee break.

2.2 Participants from foreign countries

Registration fee will be paid on site by cash. Not only Japanese Yen but also some foreign currencies below will be accepted. However, note that no change will be given in the case of foreign currencies.
