Registration Fees is same regardless of whether you are a member of Ceramic Society of Japan, but only the treatment of the consumption tax differs as follows;

^*1: Registration fee for non-member of Ceramic Society of japan(CerSJ) includes Japanese consumption tax. Registration fee for member of CerSJ(including employees of CerSJ corporate members") is untaxable.

^*2: Registration fee does not include conference dinner fee.

^*3: Companion registration fee includes conference dinner fee and does not include program book fee. Companion cannot attend the lecture.

^*4: Registration fee includes Japanese consumption tax.

^*5: Conference dinner fee includes Japanese consumption tax.

Visa Support

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures.

The PACRIM13 Secretariat will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.

Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps.
1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee
2. Book a Flight
3. Reserve a Hotel
* The period of your stay must be scheduled for a maximum of 8 days (including conference period (6 days), arrival & departure day in Japan).

Childcare services (!! Prior application is necessary for use)

The term of application has closed.

We will set up a childcare service in the venue during following period. We will prepare the equipment and professional sitter staff for childcare. Therefore, prior application is required to use this service. Please contact Pacrim13 secretariat in advace if you wish to use this service. We will send you terms of use and application form.
