The proceedings of ICC3 will be published on line (open access) in "IOP (Institute of Physics, UK) Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE)". (Hard copies, CDs etc. will not be distributed.)
Instructions of manuscript preparation will be announced to authors together with information on presentation place and date/time around the late August. Manuscript submission is due November 18.
