The proceedings of ICC3 will be published on line (open access) in "IOP (Institute of Physics, UK) Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE)". (Hard copies, CDs etc. will not be distributed.)
Instructions for manuscript preparation and submission
The manuscript should be submitted electronically to the following Editorial Manager's on-line manuscript submission and peer-review system.

The deadline of the submission is Nov. 18, 2010 extended to Nov. 25, 2010.
At first, you should register with your name and e-mail address to receive the username and the password.
Please submit your paper as a single PDF file-which should be prepared according to the Guidelines for authors.
We recommend that authors prepare their papers/PDFs using the MSE Microsoft Word, which can be downloaded from the Guidelines for authors.

Copyright in the ICC3 proceedings papers will be assigned to the Ceramic Society of Japan. All questions and issues relating to copyright transfer arrangements shall be subject to negotiation or discussion between the individual author and the Ceramic Society of Japan. For its open-access proceedings IOP Publishing uses a publishing licence and does not request copyright transfer from authors. The Society has agreed that IOP Publishing will be granted a licence to publish the ICC3 proceedings.
