予稿集受取-Get Abstract book
入金確認ができた方に予稿集（DVD）・参加証（名札）を2019年3月1日（金）に発送予定です。
また、事前参加登録番号を用いて「予稿PDFインターネット公開」をご利用いただけます。
Abstract book (DVD) will be shipped on the Mar 1, 2019 (only in Japan).
If your shipping destination is overseas, please receive it at the reception desk during the conference.
We will also provide an ID and password to read Abstract (PDF file) on the web.

参加登録費には予稿集（DVD）が含まれています。
The registration fee includes the abstract book (DVD).

事前参加登録費および当日参加登録費に食事代は含まれておりません。
Meal fee is not included in the pre-registration fee and on-site registration fee.

会員資格により参加登録費は異なります。
Registration fee varies depending on membership.

会員として事前参加登録をしたい場合、会員でない方は下記ボタンより入会のお申し込みをお願いいたします。
入会手続きには会費納入の確認が必要なため、諸手続きとあわせて2~3日程度の日数を要します。
個人会員・学生会員として申し込まれる場合は、2019年2月1日（金）までに入会手続きおよび入会金・年会費の振込を必ず済ませてください。
研究発表のお申し込みは、仮登録IDで行うことができます。仮登録IDは、WEBから入会申込を行うと即時発行されます。事前参加登録では、仮登録IDは使用できませんのでご注意ください。

事前参加登録について
・事前参加登録を行い、入金確認が取れた方に、事前送付として、予稿集（DVD）・参加証（名札）を2019年3月1日（金）に発送いたします。
ただし、 送付先が海外の方は会期までに予稿集（DVD）を届けることが困難なため、事前送付はせず、会期当日に総合受付にてお渡しします。
・事前参加登録費の入金締切日までに入金のない場合は事前送付対象外となります。締切日以降は会期当日に総合受付にて現金で当日参加登録費をお支払いください。
・予稿PDFインターネット公開をご利用いただけます。
・年会パーティ，基礎セミナー，女子学生、女性技術者・研究者交流会（女子会）も同時にお申し込みいただけます。
・「事前参加登録のご案内」および払込取扱票は、セラミックス誌12月号表紙の次ページに綴じ込まれています。払込取扱票は郵便局備え付けのものもご利用いただけます（郵便局備え付け用紙の場合、振込手数料は振込者本人負担となります）。

振込前（入金前）に限り，2019年2月8日（金）までを期限としてキャンセルを受け付けます。
参加登録費、基礎セミナー参加費、懇親会参加費について、 振込後（入金後）のキャンセルはできません。
振込前（入金前）の事前参加登録キャンセルにつきましては、すみやかに事前参加登録番号（Eから始まる5桁の番号・例E0001）を明記の上jizen@cersj.orgまでご連絡ください。参加登録状況を確認し、キャンセルの手続きをいたします。
尚、振込後（入金後）のキャンセルはお受けいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
事前参加登録時には、登録内容（参加資格（会員区分）・金額・送付先住所など）をよくご確認のうえ、
ご登録くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
Cancellation can be accepted only before transfer (before payment) until February 8, 2019 (Friday).
Cancellation after transfer (after payment) can not possible.
