一般講演で発表するためには以下の3つのステップが必要になります。
In order to make a presentation, the following three steps are required.
研究発表申し込みにあたって、連絡者および発表者は本会の会員（個人会員または学生会員）であることが必要です。
In order to submit a research presentation, the contact person and the presenter must be members of the Society
(individual member or student member).
特別（法人）会員所属の社員で個人会員資格をお持ちでない方、その他、会員でない方は入会のお申し込みをお願いいたします。
入会手続きには会費納入の確認が必要なため、諸手続きとあわせて 2～3 日程度の日数を要します。
個人会員・学生会員として申し込まれる場合は、2019年2月1日（金）までを目安として入会手続きおよび入会金・年会費の振込を必ず済ませてください。
研究発表のお申し込みは、仮登録IDで行うことができます。 仮登録IDは、WEBから入会申込を行うと即時発行されます。 事前参加登録では、仮登録IDは使用できませんのでご注意ください。
Pre-Membership ID can be used for submit the abstract. Pre-Membership ID is issued immediately when you apply for membership from WEB. Please note that Pre-Membership ID can not be used for Pre-Registration(Early bird)
年会に参加される方は、招待者を除き、全員参加登録が必要です。
研究発表をされる方も、忘れずに必ず参加登録をしてください。事前参加登録を推奨します。
All participants must register except for an invited guest. Pre-registration（Early bird） is recommended.
事前参加登録では、仮登録IDは使用できませんのでご注意ください。

Webからの申し込みのみ受け付けます。 パソコンやネットワークのトラブル等、いかなる理由であっても締切後は一切の例外なく受け付けできません。 研究発表申込と予稿原稿（PDF）提出を同時に受け付けます。 申込時に予稿原稿（PDF）と抄録（和文300字程度）が必須となります。 申込後、期間内であれば申込内容の修正、予稿PDFの差し替えが可能です。 修正や差し替えについても締切までに完了してください。 ご理解、ご協力のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
The submission is Only accepted on the web. We cannot accept it without any exception after the deadline for any reason, such as a PC or network trouble. Abstract (PDF file) and a short abstract are required when you submit. After the submission, you can modify and replace the Abstract (PDF file) within the period. Please complete modifications and replacements before the deadline.
受理通知-Notification of receipt
研究発表の申込受理の連絡は、即時電子メールにて連絡者に通知します。
このメールが即時届かない場合は、申込時に申し込みが正しく行われていない可能性が高いので、

講演番号通知-Acceptance
プログラム編成は2019年1月15日に実施予定です。講演番号の通知は2019年2月上旬頃の予定です。連絡者にメールで講演番号を通知します。
We plan to organize the program on January 15, 2019. Notification of the presentation number is scheduled in late January or February 2019. We will notify the contact person by e-mail of the presentation number.
参加登録-Registration
事前参加登録または当日参加登録が必要です。
事前参加登録を推奨します。
研究発表申込と並行して事前参加登録が可能です。
Registration is required.

会期当日-Presentation
発表要領を参照の上、発表を行ってください。
Please check the Guidelines for Presentation(Instructions).
発表取り下げ（キャンセル）は、研究発表申込締切日までにメールにてお知らせください。研究発表申込締切後の発表取り下げ（キャンセル）は認められません。
Please inform us of the withdrawal (cancellation) by e-mail by the deadline.
We do not approve the withdrawal (cancellation) after the deadline.
