その年の1~12月号に掲載された全論文のうち筆頭著者が投稿時に学生会員で、選考時に会員であることを条件とし、応募された論文の中から編集委員会の中から選出した選考委員会にて選考し編集委員会にて承認の上委員長表彰となります。
